Maxwell DISC Report

This assessment uses the DISC Person-ality System and includes the content noted above. The DISC personality system is the universal language of behavior. Reseach has shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together in four major groups. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that style. This report also includes an Action Plan to help you.

Group Report

Once team members complete their individual Maxwell DISC Assessments this report can be compiled for the Supervisor/Manager to help them see a picture of Individual Team Member Styes, a Combined Group Style, the Combined Group Strengths, and Building Your Team for Success. Each section will provide a different perspective of the team and will help learn to be a better team builder.

Benchmark and Interview Impact

This report provides powerful insight into a potential team members ability to contribute in a positive and effective manner, to the team you are building and the role you are looking to fill. The content in this report is the result of comparing the candidate against benchmarks that you have created for a role within the team.


Designed to help provide you with insight into how you are wired as an entrepreneur and how it relates to maximizing your entrepreneurial ability and effectiveness. Seven key abilities are addressed: relationship/influence, market/message effectiveness, adding value to others, natural gifting, equipping/building, solving problems and growing yourself.

Sales Reports

Sales Leader Report

This report provides you with a deeper understanding of your style as it relates to sales. You will see your personal selling style and its associated characteristics, strengths, challenges and attributes. The majority of the report is focused on understanding your selling style and the various buyer’s styles, along with improving your sales, managing DISC selling styles and motivating your sales force.

Sales Profile Report

There are two core components of this report: Your Sales Profile and Communication. The first provides insight into the style you are designed with when it comes to interacting with others and the various styles of others when they relate to you. The second area of the report is centered around communication and helping you to better understand and communicate with those you serve.

Student Reports

Student Success Report (ages 10-15)

This “book of you” will help your student learn about the amazing person they are. Together you will discover the ways your student acts in school, what motivates them, what their ideal environment looks like, and how you can help encourage them.

Student Career Report (ages 16+)

This report provides insight into several important areas in which your natural style presents itself in the way you make impact in the world. Your assessment includes information on your communication style, your values style, your learning and thinking styles, your strengths and the careers they best serve, your growth action plan and next steps to begin to put your insight, growth and action into simple and achievable steps forward.
